I believe that it is a 1956 or 1957 model. Comes with the original manufacture's brochure as seen in the photographs.
World's first fully automatic push button record player and changer. The Canadian Philips model P466 is a 3-tube record player with automatic changer.
Three high quality Super M loudspeakers; 8" woofer and two 5" tweeters with cross-over network. New amplifier design. Independent treble and base controls. --from the brochure.
When turned on the front diode above the Philips logo lights up. Cabinet door soft closes.
**If you'd like video with sound please message with your personal email. I've been listening to this player for the past 3 months with no issues. I am not an audiophile. I have cleaned the player but have not done anything with respect to the electronics / tubes.
Dimensions: 21" high x 26 1/4" deep x 17 7/8" wide; legs are 11 1/2" high.
Condition: Very good vintage condition . Some scratches and finish loss best described by closely viewing the photographs and video. Record player is in good working condition. Please refer to all photographs (ZOOM IN) for more condition information.
