LAGIN-ROSELLE was founded on 1947-02-18 and had its registered office in Toronto. The company was dissolved on the 1987-08-31 and is no longer trading or active. Company tag line " Lamps that sell are Lagin-Roselle ".
This exceptional pair of glass and metal Lagin-Roselle, space age lamps are a throwback to a modern era design that took the world by storm. The delightful golden chevron motif, the opalescent hue of the glass, and the stunning metallic accents make these beauties a must-have for anyone wanting a modern-day aesthetic in a vintage motif. Great for that special somebody on your list. This pair of lamps is sure to impress!
**I haven't come across shades like these. They are made of some type of plastic. Possibly linen coated in plastic?
DIMENSIONS: 27 1/4" high to the top of the shade; 16" high x 5" wide lamp portion from surface to bottom of the harp rest, glass body 8 1/4" high; chrome metal portion 6 1/2" high. Shades 11 5/8" high x 12 1/4" diameter at the top and 14" diameter at the bottom. Cord 6' long.
CONDITION: Very good vintage condition. Lights are in good working order with original wiring. Shades have some minor condition issues such as some discoloration along the top of the shade hoop as seen in the photographs. Some brass plating loss on the bases. Some scratches on the back of one lamp as seen in the final photograph. Please refer closely to the video and all photographs (ZOOM IN) for more condition information.
