What a spectacular mid century modern pendant chandelier with the quintessential walnut surfboard spreaders and walnut accented white milk glass fluted European globes.
These fixtures were the statement piece in any mid century home and are perfectly styled for today's modern decor themes. Just the right amount of classic look with sleek and clean lines of the modern minimalist movement. Glass shades can be adjusted to your liking.
Dimensions: Fixture is 19" wide; new wire lengths are 48"; shades are 8 1/2" long x 4 1/2" diameter at widest point; walnut "surfboard" spreaders are 14 1/4" long. The fixtures/chandelier can be easily adjusted from 17" overall length to a maximum of 52"
Condition: Very good to excellent vintage condition. Of course some components show their age such as finish loss and slight blemishes. One glass shade has a very small chip as seen in the final photograph. Metal caps between glass globes and walnut features were originally brass plated, however over the years this finish has worn off. I have dismantled the piece, thoroughly cleaned, fully rewired and refurbished the walnut. Walnut spreader is made of black walnut and made by me.
